Unique Treatment approach

  • One-to-one treatment sessions: Our physiotherapists will only treat one client at a time to ensure quality care. We will not attempt to treat two clients at the same time.

  • 100% hands on manual therapy: No electrical machines, tools, hot-packs or gimmicks. Research suggests that electrical machines, tools or gadgets have short lived benefits (5-10 mins) if any benefit at all!

  • Professional assessment and treatment: All of the physiotherapists have a professional university standard qualification as a minimum requirement. We operate as an evidence based practice, only using techniques proven through research. 

  • Wide variety of techniques: Including Anatomical Acupuncture (optional at no extra cost)

  • Individualised programs: You won't just get a pre-printed hand-out. We consider your condition as well as your work, sports, hobbies and lifestyle.

  • Ability to refer for X-rays and MRI: If we see the need, we can refer directly for X-rays or MRI. Note: MRI does not expose you to any radiation.

Both Aubrey Monie and Katrina Lim have completed Advanced Anatomical Acupuncture courses through the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

Common conditions

Headaches, spinal stiffness and/or pain, spinal disc degeneration, nerve root pathology, facet joint, muscle tears and strains, ligament sprains, sciatica, hip pain, osteitis pubis, shin splints, knee replacement or reconstruction rehabilitation, meniscal injury, patellofemoral pain, rotator cuff injury and foot/ankle problems.

Due to our busy timetable it is essential to make an appointment. In most cases we are still able to offer same day appointments.

Massage

Massage services are offered at Cannington and Manning, including Relaxation, Deep Tissue and Traditional Thai massage. Gemma is our full-time masage therapist at our Manning practice and Simmi (second year physiotherapy student and qulified massage therapist) helps out on the weekends. Felicity massages from our Cannington practice on Friday evenings as well as 12pm - 4pm on Saturdays.

Sunset Spray Tan

Precision Physiotherapy welcomes Sunset Spray Tan to our Manning location. This service is located at the rear of the building, offering a healthy alternative to acheiving a great natural looking tan. Tanning solutions offered include a 2 hour tan (leave on for 2 hrs then wash off) or a premium 8 hour tan. Both of the tans are almost odourless, include moisturiser and last approximately one week. All tans offered are at the one low price of $40 and bookings are essential.
